Our Story

JKL Partners Construction was founded by Jeremy Lewerenz, a Minnesota family man, husband to Katie, and father to Amelia and Charlie.

Jeremy’s passion for construction started at an early age. His professional career began in drafting before he spent several years working in operations for large companies. He later returned to the industry he loved, serving nearly a decade as a commercial project manager.

During that time, Jeremy managed some of MnDOT’s large projects. He also helped medical professionals build clinics so they could start their own practices, and worked with small manufacturing companies as they expanded to make their growth dreams a reality.

After years of managing projects for others, Jeremy decided to go out on his own. His goal was simple — build a company that delivers quality work while allowing him to better support his family. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of his wife, Katie.

Today, JKL Partners Construction brings that same hands-on experience and commitment to every commercial and residential project across Minnesota. When he’s not on a job site, you’ll likely find Jeremy hunting or fishing — the same outdoor roots that keep him grounded.
